With over 21 years of experience in the Dynamics ERP landscape, Tiago has successfully managed global delivery teams, implemented large-scale ERP projects, and driven significant business growth. His leadership is focused on addressing the quality and transparency challenges many businesses face when implementing ERP solutions.
Tiago’s Leadership Journey:
Practice Director & Director of Technology: Tiago led a combined Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM delivery team, overseeing upgrades, new implementations, and managed services. His leadership resulted in a remarkable 300% business growth in just three years. Tiago has held key strategic roles across projects, including development, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, solution and technical architecture, and project management. This diverse experience has allowed him to create an agile, results-driven approach that prioritizes quality delivery and transparent communication throughout every phase of a project.
Solutions Architect: As a solutions architect, Tiago designed enterprise-level solutions, optimized integrations within Dynamics AX, and crafted scalable architectures that ensured business operations were efficient and transparent.
